Ms. Cheryl Ighodaro

Chairman of the Board

Cheryl Ighodaro is President and CEO of Precise Management Inc, a real estate management and development firm founded in l987. Ms. Ighodaro has over 30 years experience in real estate management, development, financial management, asset management, marketing and regulatory compliance. Ms. Ighodaro received the Outstanding Community Service and Leadership Award from the 88th Precinct Community and Youth Council in June 2000.

Mr. Eze Van Buckley

Co-Chairman

Director of the East New York Weed & Seed Program, Brooklyn, New York. Mr. Van Buckley advocates for at-risk youth by providing services for them through workshops, education, and job placement

Mr. Charles Warden

Treasurer

Owner and president of Warden Real Estate Firm, Brooklyn, New York. Mr. Warden as served as an advocate in Brooklyn for many years. He brings years of experience in the area of tenant advocacy and services.

Pastor Russell Seymour

Board Member

Senior Pastor at New Creation Ministry, Brooklyn, New York. Pastor Seymour and his wife, Tawanna, work tirelessly to counsel and advocate for the needs of people throughout the East New York community. The Food Bank, operated on a daily basis, provides meals for hundreds of men, women, and children.

Dedra Grant-Wade

Board Member

Dedra Wade, President and Founder of Community Partners Commission Association, Inc (CPCA, Inc) created the successful non-for-profit organization as she transitioned from two decades of service with the New York City Department of Probation as the appointed Administrative Probation Officer of Community Service and Chief of Community Affairs. Dedra has won recognition and high acclaim from community based organizations, political leaders, clergy and private citizens for her innate skill of transforming poverty and dependency into self sufficiency and partnerships that strengthen communities.
