The Sabaoth Group is excited about our joint venture with Guytech Management Services, Inc. to co-develop a six story building in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn. The project will be financed under the HDC Lamp -program.
This project will produce 46 units of Low-Income Affordable housing, with 20% of the units set aside for homeless families. The Sabaoth Group will provide on-site social services in a 3,600 square feet community service facility on the second floor. In addition, the project will produce 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. We project a start time for June 2008.
