Free NBA Game Trips for Children of the Community
January 3rd, 2008
The Sabaoth Group, Inc. participates in the Nets Athletes Assist Program collaboratively with Rev. Hatter of Brownsville.
Once again this season, Nets players are participating in the Nets Athlete Assist Program. Nets players Jason Kidd, Richard Jefferson, Vince Carter, Jason Collins, Marcus Williams, Josh Boone, Sean Williams and Bostjan Nachbar have all donated a block of tickets to every Nets home game to youth groups and non-profit organizations in the metropolitan area.
Through the generosity of these players, youth groups and charities are able to attend games and be a part of Kidd’s Corner, RJ’s Zone, Team VC, Collin’s Crew, Club Marcus, Boone’s Buddies, Sean’s Shooters, and Boki’s Bunch. All of the groups are recognized on the center hung scoreboard and select groups will receive a replica jersey of the players whose section they are sitting in.
The Sabaoth Group, Inc. charters buses to take children from the clusters of buildings that services are provided as well as children from the community.
